Every week we shop at the local farmers markets to cook up the best quality meals for you. Our menu changes every week so you’ll always have something to look forward to!

Order Your Meals

Place your order by Thursday evening, or subscribe to get free delivery and always be prepared for the week ahead.

Choose either 2 entrees (4 total servings) or 3 entrees (6 total servings) from this weeks menu. You'll also receive four individual portions of our snack for the week.

Delivered to You!

Meals will be packaged, chilled and delivered to your doorstep in an insulated bag on Tuesday afternoon.

Meet the Team

  • Co-Founder & Holistic Nutritionist

    Alanna DeSalvo, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and nutrition, is the founder of With Thyme Nutrition & co-founder of With Thyme Provisions.

    With a lifelong passion for cooking, a background in holistic nutrition, hospitality, and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between food, health, and well-being, Alanna empowers people to take ownership of their health through personalized nutrition coaching and resources to make nutrition more accessible.

    With a functional nutrition approach, Alanna helps her clients solve hormone imbalances and irritating digestive issues so they can eliminate food sensitivities, cravings and bloating, to revive their energy and feel in control of their body again.

    Born and raised in Marin County, Alanna has a deep appreciation for the community and the way it's shaped her passion for all things food.

    She graduated from University of San Francisco with a BS in Hospitality Business Management and Entrepreneurship and received her Nutrition Certification from Bauman College in Berkeley. She enjoys cooking for friends and family, painting, live music, and trying new restaurants.

    Seth Johnson’s journey into the world of culinary excellence began in the most unexpected of places––in front of a TV, on summer mornings, and those inevitable childhood sick days from school in the town of Charlotte, North Carolina. Shows like "Great Chefs," "Yan Can Cook," and "The Galloping Gourmet" were the catalysts that ignited his lifelong passion for food. Little did he know, his youthful fascination would propel him into a culinary adventure where flavor meets innovation, one bite at a time!

    Upon graduating from college, Seth set the stage for his childhood aspirations when he moved to the bustling American epicenter of culinary arts in Manhattan. He trained under some of the finest chefs, including Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park, and Marco Canora at Insieme. The formative experiences in Manhattan not only sharpened his craft but further instilled in him a passion for more international innovation when he left Manhattan and traveled the world, later landing a job as a restaurant consultant in Nairobi, Kenya for three years.

    He arrived back in the states and sought further training in wine and beverage management, becoming a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, Ca. This fusion of international culinary and wine knowledge then became the foundation for his remarkable career when he opened “Wit & Wisdom” in Sonoma, California under the direction of Michelin starred chef Michael Mina.

 FAQs

  • Yes! All meals are gluten free but prepared in a shared kitchen space and not certified gluten free.

  • Many of our meals are dairy free, but we do use dairy on occasion. Mostly in the form of butter in some snacks and baked goods. Meals that contain dairy will be noted on the menu.

  • On Tuesday afternoons between 3-6pm.

  • You can place orders for single weekly deliveries or you can pause your subscription at any time.

  • We currently deliver to Marin County and the city of Sonoma & Petaluma. If you're outside of this delivery zone and would like us to deliver to you in the Bay Area, send us a message with your location and join our waitlist for updates on when we can serve your neighborhood!

  • We can accommodate many food allergies. Our menu is free of gluten, refined sugar and seed oils. However our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts and cannot prevent possible cross-contamination.

  • We offer subscriptions because we understand that putting healthy eating on auto-pilot is the key for busy individuals to consistently enjoy clean, nutritious meals and feel their best every day. Many people find it challenging to achieve their health goals due to inconsistency rather than a lack of knowledge or enjoyment in cooking. By subscribing to our service, you can enjoy whole, unprocessed foods with a diverse range of vegetables in appropriate portion sizes, creating a foundation for lasting lifestyle changes. Our subscriptions allow you to effortlessly maintain your commitment to healthy eating, and you have the flexibility to pause or cancel with just one week's notice, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.

  • We use the highest-quality ingredients we're able to procure each week.

    Our menu doesn’t include any:

    • Refined sugar

    • Artificial ingredients

    • Canola oil

    • Processed ingredients

    • Gluten

    • Our food is cooked using either avocado oil or olive oil.

  • Our entrees are free of all refined sugars. Our desserts and sweet snacks may use unrefined sugars like maple syrup, coconut sugar, honey or dates sparingly. All desserts are low glycemic and aim to be under 15 grams of sugar per serving.
